Cancellation conditions :
A paid invoice will be sent to each participant personally as soon as payment is received. No enrolments can be registered without payment or official order. When cancellation is made before 20th December, the whole enrolment fee is refunded less a cancellation fee of euros 30. After 20th December, no refund can be made except in circumstances beyond the participant's control, of which Angers Expo Congrès shall be the sole judge.
